Terri E. Hilliard-Olson, P.C.
is an attorney, mediator and the founder of Hilliard
Mediation Services serving the Western United States.
Ms. Hilliard trained at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles both
as an attorney and mediator. She has a proven track record
of effective settlement and dispute resolution in her 18 years
of practice. As an attorney, she successfully litigated all
types of business, real estate, probate, commercial and construction
disputes throughout the country. Terri is experienced in estate planning and trust and probate litigation. In recent years, she has
been dedicated to creating communication between parties where
that had been none. Her role as mediator is to facilitate
understanding, communication of issues and negotiation of
workable and effective agreements. Hilliard trained as a mediator at both the Center for Conflict Resolution at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, at the Pepperdine University School of Law, “Mediating the Litigated Case.”
